INDEX / How To: Capture Schedule for Initiatives
Step 1: Go to Schedule Tab
Right click the proper Initiative and click the "Properties" option.After that, click the "Schedule" Tab.
Step 2: Assign Schedule values
Set the proper values for those dates for which you have information.
Consider the following rules for each field:

| Planned: | |
| Start | Planned Start date. |
| Delivery | Planned date for the key milestone of the initiative. |
| End | Planned End date, usually after closing activities are done. |
| Actual: | |
| Start | Actual Start date. This becomes available when the initiative starts. |
| Delivery | Actual Delivery date. |
| End | Actual End date. |
| Baseline: | |
| Start | Baseline Start date. |
| Delivery | Baseline Delivery date. |
| End | Baseline End date. |
| Description | Baseline description or comment. |
| Date | Baseline date. |
Click the "Save" button to apply the changes.
